Pros

Benefits are decent, you only work half the days in a year, and get quite a bit of PTO, they will hire anyone.

Cons

Pay is not competitive, promotions based on who you know not what you do, they will hire ANYONE (including people with active murder charges)

Most departments work hard to bring value to the work environment and products.

Cons

Many internal promotions not based upon education or applicable experience, but rather external click affiliation. Bonuses and Profit sharing are used like carrots to keep status quo of employees pacified just enough to prevent them from leaving. Some employees become comfortable and conditioned to believe they are unable to find more suitable employment elsewhere.
