Problems ahead

Pros

Most the people who work there are great co-workers and work hard.

Cons

Upper management doesn't have a clue what really goes on inside the company. They never leave their offices and only care about themselves. There is little to no opportunity to ove up even when you work extremely hard and do a good job. I heard they have had multiple rounds of layoffs in 2017 and there is a lot of fear with those who still work there.

Pros

Lots of good people to work with

Cons

honestly one of the most unprofessional experiences of my career. Rather than trash the company just hear this, DO NOT WORK HERE, or any Eli Global Company. I say this with my full sincerity.

Some great employees, terrible Management

Pros

Free lunch, mostly nice people in regular work force. Hard and loyal workers under a very hostile work environment. Monday through Friday work schedule, business casual clothing and you can wear jeans Friday.

Cons

I worked for this company for years and watched great employees come and go due to new management. The current CEO is very ineffective in creating a good work environment or hiring Managers that can take this company to the level that Members expect. We were forced to constantly lie to members or conceal things from them. There is a lot of favoritism and if you do happen to go to Human Resources about an issue you become a target and usually are eventually fired. There is awful Management and anything that goes wrong is blamed on the teams that are just doing what they are told to do by management. Absolutely no accountability is taken by anyone other than the people who have no control over what decisions are made. The company is more than fine with overwhelming it's employees to the point of mental and physical exhaustion.

AAPC Response

Thank you for the review. We're sorry that you didn't have a good experience at AAPC. Our employees are important to us, and we hope the cultural improvements we've made over the past few years show our appreciation. It sounds like you haven't worked at AAPC for some time. It has been nearly two years since we adopted a casual dress code. This was just one of many improvements we've made. Employees now share ski passes, jazz tickets, travel vouchers, monthly catered lunch (in addition to the FREE daily lunch), generous PTO, holiday pay, and many other perks for our team to enjoy. In fact, we have a culture team that meets monthly to continue to add benefits to keep our employees happy. (We would hardly consider the Nerf gun fights a result of a “hostile work environment”). Our recent employee engagement survey shows consistent satisfaction throughout the company, and with the current team thriving, we are continuing to grow and actually have very little turnover. We continue to integrate as a global organization and have nearly doubled our staff across the globe to keep up with the needs of the industry. We do, however, recognize there is always work to be done in creating a great work place. We have come a long way since the time you were here and thank you for reminding us how much we have grown. Again, we appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
