Pros

Full-time work , employee benefits, vacation, outings, and alcohol onsite.

Cons

Bevan the CEO is a racist and bans Afro-American from its facebook forums. White coworkers are treated with praise and hiring freeze on nonwhite. Racist place

While some might welcome alcohol on-site, it is unfortunately not one of AAPC’s employee benefits. However, our Freestyle soda machine includes more than 100 other beverage mixing options for employees to enjoy with free food, great health insurance, 401K matching, open PTO, ski passes, sporting and event tickets, outings, an in-house gym (Pelaton bike trainer added last month – woohoo), and several other benefits that make working at AAPC great. Additionally, Bevan Erickson and others at AAPC are not “ripping off customers”, “committing fraud”, or racially discriminating at AAPC - and there is no hiring freeze on “nonwhite”. African Americans make up higher percentage of our employee base than are found in our state population and AAPC follows all federal and state laws, including those enforced by the EEOC. We do not discriminate in employment and personnel practices on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, religion, national origin, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law. Hiring, transferring and promotion practices are performed without regard to the above listed. AAPC welcome’s transparent reviews but find this one a bit aberrant. ;)

Disorganization and Lack of Care to the Highest Levels

Pros

You have flexibility on when you come into work and will have some decent co-workers. Big open space.

Cons

Lack of care from the top. Employees care given zero support from executives, starting with the CEO, who mostly sees his employees are $$$ and mindless drivel. Executives underneath him are very complacent with "how things are" and aren't looking to improve the organization. Lower-level employees are rarely praised and not given the opportunity to make a difference for the company.
