      Half the staff is so stuck in their ways that if you had your own company you can bid on the contract because they do half azz work

      Cons

      Its not the company its management, if your not latino you not getting hired. Just so happens my manager at the time was black but now that he's gone Im being pushed out

      Pros

      -I work for ABM at an Arena. (Night shift) We work when everyone in the building is gone, besides security. So no one gets to bother you, and you don’t have to deal with customers. -Management is great, our supplies, office is organized. -Our leads know what they’re doing. -We either work separate or in groups. -Decent part time job, if you’re looking for a little money on the side.

      -It’s a ton of work to do. -We’re understaffed sometimes, so we constantly have to make sure we get the job done on time. Other wise a few people might get called in the next day to finish. -This job isn’t for everyone, I’ve had coworkers who started working one day and quit the same day or next day. -Not paid enough for the work we do. -my check is always missing money, so I don’t do overtime anymore. Since they want to be sneaky about it. And it’s happened to other coworkers as well, so keep track of your hours!
