I have worked for large corporations and small family owned companies and this place is a disaster. Training is nonexistent, discrimination is rampant, and people are a commodity to be used and discarded. As a member of the HR team I had a unique opportunituly to witness the truth anout ABM. Their ONLY concern is to their shareholders and bottomline. They constantly make decisions based on the next shareholders meeting with no long term vision. ABM is a service provider and the majority of their employees are janitors. They offer minimal training and wages, but will fire employees at the drop of a hat for not meeting standards. Turnover is out of control. They would rather hire 20 people to fill the same position instead of investing in the training of their current employees. I witnessed rampant discrimination based on age, disabilities, race, sexual orientation, and relegion. No one was safe unless they were a white male in a management position.

The fraud is rampant in the company. If you are unwilling to violate your ethics this is not the company for you. There are numerous examples of reportable ethics violations by their management. Everyone is some for of VP. Controllers and mid tier management cook the books on a regular basis. A number of employees are pulling together data to report to the SEC the violations they have noted. If looking for a job here be cautious as they are a good candidate to be bought out and totally gutted...too top heavy.
