Waste of time

Pros

Flexible schedule, nice coffee machines, everyone is pregnant

Cons

Senior management sets a bad tone with favoritism and sexism, office culture is poor, big egos at the top, few opportunities to advance from within, cutthroat, poor work-life balance, no merit reward system to motivate, staff is either very old (and stuck in a dead end) or fresh out of college with no idea what's coming. Company is too big and impersonal. Company has no vision. HR is a joke. Won't pay to keep talent or get new talent.

Toxic in every aspect

Pros

Hybrid work schedule, Nothing else.

Cons

Extremely high turnover without proper hiring of replacements. Toxic work culture. No work-life balance. Overtime is expected and enforced to meet deadlines. Very little to no training for the roles. Managers expect you to do everything on your own without proper guidance. Toxic, power-tripping, micromanaging, and incompetent managers.
