Toxic Sale Culture

Pros

Operations, IT, and Administrators are kind.

Cons

No unique value proposition in the marketplace. Sales people were churned through. Sales culture was toxic and unorganized. Owner wanted us to use old school boiler plate sales tactics FUD to get people to work with us while charging premium prices.

Good company but many flaws

Pros

Good team to work with, good working environment, friendly. Decent benefits (with the exception of healthcare), good dental plan and good 401K options. Stay busy most of the time.

Cons

No growth opportunities, no incentives for performance or growth, too much micromanagement from the main office. Health insurance is too expensive with high copays and deductibles, not enough refinement in processes and no desire to expand or adapt to changing markets. Pay is generally on the low side and they are not willing to negotiate pay raises with exceptional performance. Many employees leave to find better paying jobs after a short time.
