some of the people I have worked with were amazing.. most of them are no longer with the company.. I understand why.

This review is pertaining to how the company is handling the HR department. I started working for the company and was made to believe that they value their employees the most, the people are their biggest asset - Not the case! This company had made it clear from how they make decisions that their employees are dispensable. They brought in a new CHRO and made sure to also allow this person to bring her own people in. Many people in the HR team lost their jobs despite the great performance, above and beyond mentality, and loyalty to the company. They are being replaced by resources who have worked for this new CHRO. So no matter what hard work you give to the company, you are disposable at their preference. New leaders appointed in this company do not care and have moved towards this direction with no regard on the company's #1 value: Our employees are our greatest asset. It became political as well. They moved people around and were put in positions that weren't based on experience nor skill set. It was evident that some people in the team were "promoted" because they were "well connected" with the leadership committee. Some were demoted from their responsibilities to make way for the new comers. It was completely distasteful and unprofessional for a company to do that while proudly broadcasting that they value their employees the most. They joke around about salary which was another indication that they could care less. They also brag about transparency, HA! nothing whatsoever was transparent when they made all these changes. They just announced and expect the whole crew to run with it. Definitely would not want to work for a company like this. Stay away! Do not fall for their selling points that are so fake and only used to buy you in to work for this company. They have received a flood of negative reviews and there is a reason why so to salvage they put up FAKE positive reviews. they are getting desperate people. Again, take my advice, stay away.
