If you stay long enough you can move up into different departments and positions in the company. You can take 3 free credits a semester. You get a week off for Spring Break and 2 weeks off for Winter Break

Cons

Salaries need to be higher so employees can afford to live in Austin.

Cons

ACC allows some regressive ideologies to manifest within their staff. There's even some open bigotry on some social media accounts of professors. Horrible pay for essentially creating a class from scratch.
