Upper management and administration is uncoordinated and has no united plan on how to move the college forward. In addition, district-wide decisions are often last minute and not well developed before implementation, especially when it comes to modernization and offering learning/services online.

HORRIBLE nepotism type culture. Not about what you can do but who you party with . Management completely clueless about what people actually do
