Pros

The hours are good with no Sunday hours. You can reach your 40 hours in 4 days. No late night hours and Saturdays they are open till 6:00 pm.

Cons

Most of the time employees work alone. They are not allowed to leave the center for up to 12 hours per day. If you are busy there is no time to eat or take a restroom break. If you are sick it is very difficult to find someone to replace you, because you are the only person working

Good attitude and work ethic at corporate office.

Cons

Previous decision made to outsource some departments to third party company. Same third party company worked with employees prior to outsourcing and told employees they were only there to "help" and would not take anyone's job, before outsourcing occurred.
