      Not bad for short term only.

      Pros

      Good hours, decent pay for the amount of experience necessary, good training. You may get a good amount of free time during certain parts of the day, where you can study or catch up on other things.

      Cons

      They move you from location to location a lot. Can be very dangerous depending on where they put you. One store was robed on a weekly basis. Not much room for advancement. Have to deal with extremely rude customers on a daily basis.

      Pros

      Lots of room to advance if you are willing to work hard / smart. Management overall is outstanding. I have enjoyed my many years at ACE very much.

      Cons

      Occasionally there are organizational changes. While these types of changes are a normal part of a growing and successful business they do cause conflicts and disorganization that can be challenging at times.
