      Cons

      Management is awful. Always wanting feedback from our team with no actions taken. Empty promises while goals go up and commission goes down. Built to favor the few who have industry connections.

      Pros

      There are literally none. Maybe the health benefits. They don’t match 401k. Management is awful and greedy. Make you work in all sorts of weather and conditions, end of the month they pile a ton of work on you and expect you to get it done since the TMs (territory manager) gets paid off of what VCIs do, so if we’re not working, they’re not getting paid. The company doesn’t care about you, they keep putting new rules into play that benefits everyone else BUT the VCIs Also NO room for growth, at all. You can continue to apply for positions in house but never call you back. It’s a clown show here It’s awful, stay very far away
