      Fun workplace with great benefits, but limited growth opportunities

      Pros

      We can work remotely, compensated pretty well, the benefits are great (paternal leave even, I'm not used to seeing that!), coworkers and management are pretty chill. We have hackathons twice a year with some great prizes, overall it is a fun place to work.

      Cons

      It doesn't seem there is much room to grow here. The company is increasingly hiring offshore looking to cut down on costs. The stock price has plummeted which is probably the reason why.

      Pros

      Really nice people, fun work. Fast paced, which means you get to work on a wide breadth of tech. The culture within the team was the best part of this role.

      Cons

      The fast pace mentioned above also means there was a bit of silo'ing going on. This is to be expected though.

      Pros

      Nice opportunity for advancement and co-workers are pretty good people.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely incompetent. I’ve never seen so many atrocious decisions that even in real time made no sense. Zero trust or transparency. Was not the company it was a few years back. Went public too quickly and lost its way.
