      Pros

      Nice opportunity for advancement and co-workers are pretty good people.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely incompetent. I’ve never seen so many atrocious decisions that even in real time made no sense. Zero trust or transparency. Was not the company it was a few years back. Went public too quickly and lost its way.

      Pros

      A dedicated team in every department every section, every inch of this company. Someone can help you. Management is responsive and engaged. Tech support is out of this world in how much knowledge they have.

      Pros

      There are literally none. Maybe the health benefits. They don’t match 401k. Management is awful and greedy. Make you work in all sorts of weather and conditions, end of the month they pile a ton of work on you and expect you to get it done since the TMs (territory manager) gets paid off of what VCIs do, so if we’re not working, they’re not getting paid. The company doesn’t care about you, they keep putting new rules into play that benefits everyone else BUT the VCIs Also NO room for growth, at all. You can continue to apply for positions in house but never call you back. It’s a clown show here It’s awful, stay very far away
