Cons

Micromanagement, 2 hour daily commutes to and from home, obsessive fixation with tracking you, monitoring you, excessive app and phone usage, highly disorganized leadership and infrastructure and HORRIBLE pay.

• The role itself had potential • Few coworkers were friendly and helpful • Clear structure in the day‑to‑day responsibilities

Cons

• Inconsistent treatment across team members, especially in how support and communication were provided • Trainer assigned issues to my territory without notice, while others received advance warnings and step‑by‑step guidance • Unprofessional comments from coworkers that were never addressed when reported • Leadership explained away concerns instead of investigating or resolving them • Engagement from management only happened after I planned to leave, and felt more like damage control than genuine support

Restricted to your vertical. History of layoffs with qualifying open roles available in similar verticals, proving it’s about cost reduction, not people. Limited advancement opportunity. Some managers unethical, biased, and untrustworthy.
