      Pros

      We can work remotely, compensated pretty well, the benefits are great (paternal leave even, I'm not used to seeing that!), coworkers and management are pretty chill. We have hackathons twice a year with some great prizes, overall it is a fun place to work.

      Cons

      It doesn't seem there is much room to grow here. The company is increasingly hiring offshore looking to cut down on costs. The stock price has plummeted which is probably the reason why.

      Pros

      A dedicated team in every department every section, every inch of this company. Someone can help you. Management is responsive and engaged. Tech support is out of this world in how much knowledge they have.

      Pros

      There are literally none. Maybe the health benefits. They don’t match 401k. Management is awful and greedy. Make you work in all sorts of weather and conditions, end of the month they pile a ton of work on you and expect you to get it done since the TMs (territory manager) gets paid off of what VCIs do, so if we’re not working, they’re not getting paid. The company doesn’t care about you, they keep putting new rules into play that benefits everyone else BUT the VCIs Also NO room for growth, at all. You can continue to apply for positions in house but never call you back. It’s a clown show here It’s awful, stay very far away
