Pros

I personally believe that everything in the each company starts with the President of the company. The person who runs this company is the role model for all employees. It's a pleasure to work with such an adequate, smart, sharp boss like Max. It is also a pleasure working with the team of professionals who strives for each customer's satisfaction. A lot of my coworkers coming back to work from their vacations say: "It so good to be home". In addition I would love to mention about the logo of the A&D that says The Power of Yes. In Russian language there is a proverb: "As the ship you will name so it and will float...". It clearly describes how exactly people feel when banks say NO cause we make them happy saying YES.

Cons

It's well-known that Office Managers help management and employees with daily routine tasks but from time to time you want to do something more significant for the company and feel your personal and career growth but it's just the downside of the certain job position not a company.

Pros

Work from home is an option.

Cons

The company doesn't hace training in place. It's run by the CEO and COO they are married. Everything is not organized and unrealistic expectations.

Pros

There are many pros. Free snacks are given every Tuesday and Thursday. The company provides a base pay plus commission. The commission structure won't really change too much unless you begin to hit the metrics. The VP of the office is very bubbly and fun. Just don't forget he's a manager so he may have to play that role once or twice other than that he makes the days go by super easy. The company has two buildings 1720 and 1040. If you are going to 1040 you'll like it. Think about it like high school. Work hard and have a few friends and you will last long.

Cons

They advertise the base is 3.5k a month. It'll be 2.2k a month. You will need to hit the commission to really survive. A few things to be cautious is that the company is they are majorly Russian. My advice "get in if you can fit in" but stay to yourself. Most people working here are like crabs in a barrel. They appear nice but if they see you driving a certain car or doing good they may start trying to associate with you only to see how they can get rid of you(they love to gossip). There are two positions they hire for majorly. AE and SDR. The SDR position provides real opportunities to make money. Being an AE is really hard. You will be told that as an AE you are expected to hit commission after 6 months. This is discouraging and some get cut before then. My advice is to keep your business to YOURSELF and be diligent. You will succeed. If they do choose to "not feel comfortable" with you working there you will be let go without notice.
