The hours for their office in Russia are absolutely ludicrous. They expect ppl to come in and work until midnight because of the time difference instead of allowing them to work remotely from home like almost all companies do. This is also during a pandemic surge. Complete disregard for employee safety and well being. Interview was super unprofessional, manager did not call during assigned time. Called me an hour 15 later without warning. I missed the call. Had to reschedule three times for the next day. And still called me two hours early without giving me notice. I could hear the woman eating in the background. Salary is very low even for experienced hires. The salary ranges they give online are totally fake and they will still offer you less even if you are the most qualified candidate.
