I've been here since the beginning and I've seen a lot of changes, but they've all been for the greater good. A&D Mortgage is experiencing excellent growth - it's an exciting time to be here! There's an awesome work/life balance. I really enjoy what I do.

A&D is the best company I have worked at in all my years.. Everyone is always helping each other out as the comradery is very strong . Max is a great boss and always makes time to assist anyone that may need it. A&D has a bright future ahead and I will be here until the end.
