Pros

There is a saying - mortgage loan originator is as good as his team is. Our back office team is great : processors, UW, closers, post-closers and servicing are second to none! This is allowed us to concentrate on bringing a lot of new business. We also have a very good Marketing department and powerful CRM system. Upper management is easily approachable and is always ready to help. Family like atmosphere. Very nice people. Happy to be a part of A&D family.

Great Team - everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together in accomplishing the mission. I'm always learning something new every day. Great atmosphere and place to further your career. The company continues to make changes that are beneficial to its employees.

Superior management, Friendly staff, family like team environment. Training programs are efficient and quickly paced. Several weekly meetings to ensure communication across all levels. Different levels of career opportunities. The company is expanding and new hires are being hired on a frequent basis.
