To be honest, I did not find anything bad while working there. My managment are really nice and we were like friends, they are so profesiional. I love working there.

In my long experience as a mortgage originator (more than 20 years) and after knowing by affiliation several mortgages companies and banks I find the work environment in A & D one of the healthiest in the industry, directed by a humble group of young people interested in results and the benefit of its associates. Permanent search for new products and most importantly direct contact without limitations with CEO and CFO who are always alert and determined to collaborate to put a deal together. A great and abundant quantity of programs from private to jumbos also FHA, Conventional, VA, etc. named and if they don't have they will find the way to get it, I have 3 years working with A&D and planning to retire there...

Of course, perfect doesn't exist, I don't like my desk chair
