Pros

- Still in Findlay, for now. (until things move to Orlando) - It is a job.

Cons

- Management is sneaky and does things behind our backs. There is no transparency within this organization. - Uneasy feeling among employees and no feeling of stability about the future of the office within the Findlay, OH location. - Either promotes from within without a raise or will hire externally and bring in someone new to the RPO/recruiting field starting at about approx. $25,000 - $30,000/yr more than others performing the same job. - There are opportunities for promotion within, but the company does not pay. The company feels that the employees working here are not "good enough" at their jobs to deserve career advancements. - Lack of raises and a bonus structure except for those at the very top of the company scale. - Dealing with ungrateful clients. This is more of a glorified babysitter job than it is a consultant to the hiring managers. - There is a major lack of recognition within the company for the job(s) being performed, and an overall lack of guidance for its employees. It is easier to point fingers and blame than it is to help correct and solve the problems.

Pros

Can work remotely. Some clients have a decent brand in their industry. The people are typically passionate about supporting their clients and get mentally invested.

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing, it's a rudderless ship. Fleeing senior management over the past year. My ideas were stolen during a presentation on the one potential job advancement role open in the past 2 years and presented as the company's own without the credit or promotion. Reviews and performance have zero alignment with compensation increases. Quit pretending like 2% is something a star performer should be excited to recieve.

Pros

Very good pay and benefits. Not a micro-management environment. I work with a remote team so I get a lot of independent work time as well as team-centered time. Good work life balance. Ability to work with different large clients over the years, 3 years with one client, 3 years with the next, etc. Excellent support staff and training. Training is top notch - I've never seen recruiter-training as good as what ADP RPO has in place. (They owns AIRS Training Services.) We work with the largest companies in the world (Fortune 100) who need to hire 1,000 or more people a year.

Cons

The work is challenging. Clients demand a lot of attention. During peak times, you will be working late (but can often be done from home).
