The flexibility of my job is great. Because I’m a part-time employee, even though I work 40hrs a week, I can adjust my hours as needed. The office is a good place to work and updates are constantly being made.

Cons

This is a base pay only. No bonuses or end of the year perks given.

Poor management Managers are very unprofessional with employees and clients. Managers tent to abuse employee's trust and generate a bad ambient among co-workers Promotions from within were slow and almost not existence
