      Pros

      If you work hard and show potential you can get promoted quickly. Great pay, comp structure is 'sales-rep friendly', great experience selling SAAS and managed solutions, amazing training, most of the people are great.

      Cons

      it feels too 'toronto-centric' at times

      ADP is truly a technology company with great leadership and an awesome culture. One of the biggest companies in the world and we are the best at what we do.

      Cons

      Not an easy job, but hard work comes with huge rewards.

      Pros

      Got Paid twice a month, office supplies to use, chair to sit on, short commute to office, plenty of parking spots.

      Cons

      Leadership: self serving agendas. Lack of honesty. Indifference. Metrics, Cost savings. You can't handle the truth. Its a good place if you don't like smiling!
