Great culture, amazing team atmosphere. Truly international workplace (+30 nationalities). Management is always backing the teams. Independence, flexibility, good work-life balance, working from home opportunities. Global market leader. Financially very stable company. Private health insurance. Competitive compensation package in the Spanish market.

Cons

Limited possibilities to influence product development, service delivery. Ambitious global product suite sometimes struggles to deliver according to client expectations. Career opportunities are definitely there but progress can be slow.
