Pros

The company can do payroll well - it fakes other areas but does payroll really well. Trying to develop new front-end apps.

Cons

The President of NAS does not comprehend the complexities of large clients. He came from Total Source, as did one of his GM's, and they manage by blame, not positive leadership. The decisions in cutting implementation and customer service is causing a decrease in ADP's pride which was client longevity. If a client wants to upgrade to a newer service it takes 16 months BEFORE THEY START because they do not have the resources. Large account service for companies on the Affordable Care Act Service was a disaster because they don't have the service resources since the President laid off all the good implementation and service teams. At the last client conference the ADP personnel working the meeting were beside themselves because the President of NAS lied to the clients saying ADP had a new intuitive Power User front-end. It's not even being developed. The CEO has a real problem with NAS because it's a problem that may not be unwound. Finally, the President of NAS is not a person who anyone can talk to. He yells, throws papers, and is arrogant. He does not treat employees with respect. It's very sad.

Pros

Great co-workers. Great reputation and reasonably competitive products. Benefits and pay are decent.

Cons

Raise in base pay and cost of living adjustments almost non existing. Combined with constant nickel and diming on the commission results in net pay cuts year over year. Company across the board is cutting service and pay to boost profits. Service and implementation are suffering greatly. Company loves to talk best practices and "employee engagement" but it's mostly symbolic.

Pros

Great leaders and mentors Virtual Positions Flexibility for work / life balance Fair compensation Great benefit package

Cons

Constant change in direction. It can go from wonderful to awful and then back to wonderful all in a year. After awhile you get tired or riding the roller coaster and wondering when it will be your turn for workforce reduction. First 8 years I was there were pretty awesome with a few bumps in the road here or there...last year drove away a very loyal, dedicated top performer.
