Pros

Great people and environment. Decent pay. Hybrid WFH model. Good office location.

Cons

It’s a lot of work. After training, it’s sink or swim. With most jobs, you’re able to get the hang of things but even almost a year in, you’re still lost. They expect you to be in a call center environment and respond to all client emails, voicemails, and tickets within an incredibly short time frame. Everyone is so overloaded with their own clients that you’re on your own.

Pros

Benefits, the people you work with are incredible, the team was amazing

Cons

You are extremely overworked and underpaid. Not a single week I didn't go into OT. If you do not work in Sales, good luck on any incentives or bonuses. I was doing two different jobs for 6 months because they did not have enough people in Service and I received no additional pay, just a "good job". I was also training 7 new hires because we didn't have enough tenured people to serve as mentors (because everyone left). I was handling 50 clients when I was supposed to have max 20. You are extremely underpaid for the amount of work you put in and "Alex" is always right, no matter how they treat you. Sales will do anything to sell, even if Alex is better off without the product. You are a number to them and taking vacation was a joke (clients do not understand you are allowed to take time off). I had COVID and had to scramble to find people to cover 40 accounts while I was extremely sick. Additionally, I brought up to management an additional job offer I received for the same position that was 30% higher than what I was getting paid and was told well if we give you a raise, we must give everyone a raise.... Basically told me to hold it out with the company and maybe I'd be moved into a different role. Also, they hired externally through a contracting agency for a team lead....... Senior management is extremely out of touch with what people below them do.
