Pros

Tons of great training, President's Club, access to excellent sales technology, great partners, great leadership, very positive approach from leaders, great benefits, excellent career growth opportunities.

Cons

base salary on the lower end, quota can be changed at any point in your year which puts a cap on your commission earnings, not all field partners like working with Inside sales which puts tension in the daily sales experience.

Pros

Benefits first day. Flexible Managers. Decent Pay. Young Workforce. Over time.

Cons

Insufficient Training. No Work-Life Balance. Demanding. Call Center. More training and support would have been great. No one I started with felt comfortable in the position after training. It is also very hard to have only 1 person help a team of 10-12 other associates with constant questions at the same time. It would take a while to get assistance. Managers will read your inquiries and rarely respond even if they see no one has answered you for a good while. Imagine having an angry client on the phone waiting on you waiting on someone else to answer you or help. That will be most of your day. Learning on the job with angry clients on the phone waiting for you to finish a video or read a 6 paragraph document is extremely stressful. Assigning 2-4 cases a day and not having time to work on them because of inbound call taking all 8 hours of the day is also very stressful. This role also deals with ALL aspects, so you will be doing benefits, taxes, Time and attendance work etc regardless of there being actual departments for those tasks. Very outdated software that were NOT user friendly. :(

Pros

I worked with some great people and I wish them well. Of course, wishing them well means I wish them a speedy exit from a ship that is gleefully sinking itself.

Cons

I mean, it's a corporation and it's doing what corporations do: putting shareholders above both clients and associates, all while attempting to placate associates with pseudo-perks instead of just providing decent training, adequate compensation, and a non-toxic work environment.
