Can make great money if you're lucky.

Cons

Basically the company just uses you, and treats you like you're disposable unless you are hitting it out of the park each week. There is unlimited potential to make a lot of money, but if you're someone who isn't comfortable or good at BS-ing your way to the top, and wants actual training to where you feel confident selling, then don't work here. Also, some employees are set up for easy selling and success depending on who they assign to you to partner with, whereas some are set up for failure when the banks/CPAs they assign to you have a proven track record of not having any interest in the partnership with ADP.

ADP is a great company. They are socially and environmentally conscious and offer very competitive benefits.

Cons

Overall I think there’s a lack of understanding around staffing and workload. Anyone applying for a company the caliber of ADP should be prepared to work (hard) but the amount of work is simply not sustainable. There’s no focus on common process guidelines or a core way of doing business (other than “the customer is always right).
