      IF your manager lets you take time off after burning yourself out. It is impossible to build your way up. Constantly changing salary

      Everything about the company if your manager doesnt like you they will make your life hell

      Stuck in the past

      Pros

      Decent enough benefits. Well known company which looks good in a resume.

      Cons

      Company feels like it’s stuck in the past. They want give the impression of an upbeat modern company without any real substance. Put in games rooms but there is no time to break in them or it is frowned upon when you do. Still stuck in a work from an ADP location when it’s been shown we can work remote and still be profitable.

      It is a race to the bottom. Company got rid of tenured employees and replaced them with cheap CSRS
