Pros

Win as One locations. Other locations are neglected.

Cons

In less than a year, half of my employees were lost to layoffs. More are coming, as well as rumors of a reorganization at the end of the year. Employees are overworked, burned out, unhappy, disillusioned, and new employees are very disappointed. If you have much needed experience, it is less important than how much you are paid. I've seen long-term associates targeted for layoff. If any can be replaced, it will be at a much lower pay grade in Georgia, Florida, or Texas. Several high-level leaders have left San Dimas as well. Employees are frequently given increased workload and/or management-level responsibilities with no compensation and no relief. Ever. Leaders have been required to identify employees who will not get raises no matter how deserving. I feel very badly for the employees there and at most other ADP facilities.

An Employer who used to value Talent

Pros

I love my job! I really do. I thought I would be an ADP'er for life. An extra incentive has been the benefits.

Cons

This company, like many other large corporations, is only interested in the bottom line. They have been laying off thousands of seasoned Talent the last few years in order to please stockholders. Anyone who was grandfathered in with a Pension, better be looking elsewhere. It is impossible to predict your last day. Most of our Senior Leadership Team has sought opportunity elsewhere or more recently, laid off. The Customer Service Dept at the Fort Collins location has high attrition and clients are on hold for unreasonable periods of time. A large portion of IT positions were let go last year and our stealthy Finance department has been completely eliminated and outsourced to Manila. Many others moved on for better opportunities. This company does not value their employees and morale is at it's lowest. The Fort Collins location will most likely close in a few year and sell the property. ADP's intention is to operate only at Center of Excellence sites: Maitland, FL, El Paso, TX, Tempe, AZ, Norfolk, VA and Alpharetta, GA. I do not recommend working for this company.

Pros

Good benefits . Competitive pay. Decent PTO.

Cons

No work/life balance. It runs like a start up. No smoothly running processes and procedures. No organization. No clarity. No firm resources. Archaic communications—emails all day. No ability to take lunch most days.
