      Massive reduction of loyal employees; CIO is a bully

      Pros

      In middle of NJ so easier commute than NYC. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Company continues their incessant drive to lay off as many loyal, onshore employees in the interests of putting profit above all else. They talk a good game about supporting their employees and that’s their most important asset but its nothing but hollow words as their actions are the complete opposite.

      Horrible management

      Pros

      Doctor and cafeteria on sight. There's a coffee maker in the break room.

      Cons

      There is a lack of knowledge by management on product processes. This created an environment full of employees being pushed to the breaking point to handle workloads that were unrealistic and unattainable during the timeframe given. Management was unwilling to train employees and themselves on how to conduct daily business. Management showed extreme favoritism and created toxic work environments for all employees who were not part of the "in crowd".

      Outsourcing outside of US top priority

      Focus is on outsourcing as many positions offshore as possible
