Great culture, good people. Good company to gain sales experience.

Cons

I watched several people quit on the spot and several people get fired within a short time. With every fire and quitter, you would think higher ups would come in and review the training quality within this office and take a step back to realize where they are lacking. HUGE lack of communication with apprentices and new hires. All of the work with new hires was given to a mentor which is not fair to that person who has their own work to do and career to focus on.

Pros

-Despite what others say, there are some growth and job opportunity. -Normally, really good people to work with. -Depending on what you do, it's consistent work. -As a business, I really believe that ADP is a good company to work for.

Cons

-Job opportunities depend on your location, education, or who you know. -Mgmt has a tendency of burning their people out, sometimes for their own gain and sometimes for the company gain. -Work / Life balance could be better -You are not always paid what you are worth or what the job entails.

Cafeteria, onsite dr office, gym, ability to work from home sometimes. Pay was decent

Cons

Must be a robot, no personality is acceptable, don’t open your mouth about anything negative or you will suffer the consequences, gossip, hard work with ZERO training. Worst job I’ve ever had in my life. Horrible high deductible benefits.
