Great people, great culture

Pros

If you find a place that is full of great people who really care about doing good job, and it has the flexibiity and culture that you fit with, you have found a place to stay. I have been elsewhere - I stay because on-balance it is a great place to work.

Cons

It takes time to get acclimated. It is a very relationship based culture - you need to know lots of people to have career success. I am an introvert so it took time, but it was worth it. You have to have a longer term view to get it, not a place for a rocket to the top.

Not the same company as it was 5 years ago.

Pros

Great health benefits, 401k company match program, pension, stocks, training available online/instructor led for personal growth, 4 weeks paid vacation, reasonable pay, fun work environment, and opportunities for growth.

Cons

Client focus is no longer a priority. The company is moving towards conducting most/all of their business off shore (India, China, and Philippines), which is eliminating several positions available across the USA. *Client Account Management = Philippines * IT = India * Production Teams = India/China

Pros

Base Salary is competitive. Always hiring because the company is growing.

Cons

Very complicated products sell. They will tell you that you only need to know things high level but that is not true. Training is terrible unlike the outside sales people that get amazing training. You can't effectively sell without sounding like a idiot to clients unless you know the products. Sales plans and role expectations changes every year therefore your quota and paycheck fluctuates a great deal. Clients can't cancel service or they take all your money back and you may not get a paycheck for months because you owe them money. The main reason why clients cancel is because of poor implementation teams. Everyone passes the buck all day and you can spend a whole day or week getting answer for one simple question. You also fight all day to keep your paycheck. Internal teams always entering things wrong. Very frustrating. This job was nice in the beginning but has turned into a complete telesales cold calling job. Don't believe their crap about relationship building. All the inside sales reps are miserable. Most of them are 20 years old and loud and and obnoxious. No chance for advancement. Their good employees they block from moving to other departments because they don't want to lose them. So most of them are miserable and quit. Can't work from home even though they give you all the tools. They give you a guilt trip when you need too. All your calls are recorded and monitored. They interrupt you with an instant message when you are on a call and they don't like what you are saying and make you lose your train of thought.
