A few very good scientists, in general competent and friendly workforce,

Cons

Low salaries, lack of direction, inconsistent policies, arbitrary promotions, family run business. Salaries based on contracts. "Full time" positions are not guaranteed for more than a year or two,

Pros

I love my co-workers and have grown and developed my skills as an employee of AER. Growth and career advancement is encouraged. Strong benefits package.

Cons

Behind the times a little in terms of technology...for example, it's time to get electronic timesheets. I would also like more frequent upgrades of computer software and hardware.
