Pros

True team spirit - everyone wants their peers to be successful and look out of each other. Potential of personal growth is real for anyone interested. I like the small town environment, which makes it easy to commute. Leadership members are present and easy to talk with.

Cons

After 6 months, I cannot see anything I do not like.

Corporate Office Work

Pros

Diversity - Large work environment full of great employees including upper management, in various corporate departments to work with. Great employee programs such as a Young Professionals group, Community Outreach program with various volunteer work (additional plus, it's greatly encouraged by upper management). Promotes work-life balance, encouragement for achievements (personal and work related). Large variety of benefits from health care and an on site nurse, financial planning assistance, hands-on learning seminars for corporate employees to learn about our products produced, etc.

Cons

Not many nor serious cons to express so I'd say improvement could be in better communication company wide on new developments occurring with the high rate of growth here and the lacking of keeping up with that growth from a corporate standpoint via man power, delegation, and defined roles. I also believe with the (positive) growth of the company, there needs to be more timely improvement of processes in all aspects in order to maintain the efficiency and control over all departments.
