Pros

People were nice enough. Was an easy place to work because expectations were pretty low. They have a broad portfolio of products.

Cons

Have one way of doing things and aren't sophisticated enough to want to do things differently. Can't market themselves if their lives depended on it and, guess what, it does...

Pros

Hours and pay are great, incentive package is remarkable. Healthcare package is definitely worth it. And that's just the stuff they tell you about up front. Management is very friendly and actually gives you the training you need at a pace you can understand.

Cons

I haven't found any yet.
