People are too serious and glued to their seats/monitors. Mechanical life. Boring work environment.

good people good benefits new equipment good hours some overnight & all week travel. early &late starts according to job ,location &delivery time

Cons

all jobs are treated as if it was a national security item.we work on telecommunications up dates not nuclear weapons

Literally one of the best companies to work for anywhere. First class management ...... room for exceptional growth for individuals starting their careers. Full suite of products to sell ......... excellent benefits...... again a world class organization

Cons

None really ...... Japanese owned company ....... however this is not a drawback as they instill a great work life balance.
