Pros

Flexibility and reasonable work loads. They do try their best to keep people on board during slow seasons. If you just want to make some decent money and go home, this is a good place for that. Keep your head down and your opinions to yourself and you'll be fine.

Cons

Little opportunity for growth. If you aren't part of the inner circle, you are going nowhere fast. Could be a very frustrating situation for someone looking to really grow their career.
