Pros

It has a lot of potential but is not being fully materialized. I like the fact that you can work on different projects and get to learn new skills.

Cons

They lack professionalism and no respect or no sensitivity to their employees.

Pros

There are a lot of great people to work with. I admire the way the employees seem to do what it takes to keep the customers happy.

Cons

Not all managers follow the same policies which leaves room for a lot of confusion between departments.

Pros

flexible hours, decent pay, decent benefits, management watches out for their staff as best they can, it's fun to be involved with a high tech company with a worldwide presence

Cons

very specialized positions and reliance on 1 or 2 large customers has made it nearly impossible to depend on this company from year to year
