Great company and people. Growing and evolving under experienced and energetic management

So far my job here has been everything it was communicated in the interviews and job description. AFL does not fake their company culture either, they mean what they say, and follow through. I can see that this company is both mature, nimble, and smart about business while also being genuine and emphasizing people, encouraging passion in work, and recognizing potential in all associates. I have worked for a handful of companies previously where sometimes their cultural initiatives were there only to check a box. However, AFL clearly has momentum in building up a healthy workforce by delivering on their vision and responding to associate feedback. My work may be unique but I also engage a lot of associates in different areas and see where these things transfer. As for my own personal work, I love my team, and have clicked immediately. These are my kind of people. Hard working, focused, and looking for ways to make work better.
