Pros

The perks are great with discounted tickets, discounts with commercial partners, thrive days once a quarter, and WFH 2-3 days a week. The staff are all friendly but definitely a boys club. Also people who have been there for years and so technology is slow to catch on.

Cons

No inspirational leadership in AFL media. Always poorly managed. No overall strategic vision. You can get through day to day but frustrating when managers are too busy with their own work to get anything managed.
