Pros

Starting my career with AFL in 2019 is best decision of my life. Of course, AFL offers competitive salaries that are hard to beat, but in addition to that they offer you stability and growth. I've been able to move up through the ranks within my fours years with the company and I couldn't be happier. The all-around atmosphere is cheerful and culture is so diversified. Management and coworkers are beyond helpful, respectful, and approachable. I couldn't have asked for a better company to begin my career with and eventually retire with. I'm very grateful for the chance to be a part of AFL! #weareAFL

Cons

Its ok for getting a job and making some money, Barely any pay raises and you have to fight for the ones you should of gotten, benefits could be better, work load is unbalanced, company has 3 different owners so polices always change and its hard to keep track of what rules to adhere to
