Pros

There are some great people there. The job could be alot of fun.

Cons

Way too much push for upselling. Can't upsell someone who just wants there internet fixed or installed. Most new install customer already went through the whole upsell spiel when they signed up and are already getting the best deal. All we had to offer on site was to take more money from them. Also, be prepared to feast and famine.

Pros

It's a privilege and honor to be part of AFL. I recommend learning its 6 core values, as its engrained in everything they (we) do. Best thing about my job is I sincerely enjoy giving back as much as it affords me. A common theme amongst colleagues and leadership, actually. Extraordinary company to say the least.

Cons

N/A - limits are only one's ambition and drive.
