Pros

Nice group of people to work with.

Cons

Working as a subcontactor for another major corporation, you're never really in charge of any projects

Pros

AFL has provided opportunity after opportunity. They really push employees to be the best they can be and promote from within when able to. The work/life balance is incredible. Being a mom, there are many doctor's appointments and sick days that I have to be away from the office and they are very flexible with that. My coworkers are what keeps me here and the new senior management are doing a great job of pushing AFL towards success!

Cons

There really are no negative comments that I could make at this time.
