Pros

Coworkers and Management are pretty great actually. AFL provides education opportunities and try to promote employee morale.

Cons

Very few opportunities for advancement. You will remain where you are hired unless you get a degree in something new. AFL stresses the Non-monetary benefits of working for them which are meaningless unless you make enough to begin with.
