Pros

People at AFS are extremely smart and knowledgeable; they have high employee retention & are very open with educating new comers. Small company atmosphere is very inviting

Cons

Slow transition to role, not much vertical opportunity within the company. Their product is growing faster than they can support.

Pros

Rewards loyalty, Allows flexible time once you have spent six to nine months at work and prove your worth, follows formal SDLC process for product development which is a good experience for business analysts and testers.

Cons

Majority of managers lack people management skills, Not a great place to be for more than 5 years, not well organized when it comes to work distribution and planning
