Excellent Company in Northwest Louisiana

Pros

AFS is a stable, growing company for Northwest Louisiana and a leader in its industry. It is a fast-paced environment that at times can be very challenging, but also very rewarding. They offer competitive wages and their benefits plan is one of the best in the area. They also have a very inclusive and welcoming corporate culture that encourages teamwork and promotes innovation. It has truly been an honor to work here over the last four years.

Cons

Training and education about the services offered by the company, especially during the initial on-boarding phase of employment, could have been better when I was hired. This has received attention by the new Culture and HR staff and they have made significant improvements in this area since I came to work there.
