Good people wanting to do a good job. Leadership out of the loop leads to instability.

Instability at the top. Outdated systems. Salary needs overhauled, including adding a bonus structure.

Thank you for your input! We are currently working on establishing salary ranges and a merit structure within our organization, due to be released by the second quarter of this year. This will assist us in recognizing potential opportunities. The interim CEO and our new CFO continuously work hard for our employees and view the company culture as a priority.

I heard the new office is nice. Co workers are great.

Cons

Stupid micro management. Lots of good old boy mentality. Nothing is by the book. Most good people, including most of the executives, have quit. Sinking ship.

Pros

There PTO time is good and their Health Insurance is good. The Heath Savings account they contribute to each pay. The other benefits are just okay. Majority of the newer Employees are friendly and inviting.

Cons

Most of Management were promoted through the ranks, although that is nice, the problem is most are not management material. This shows in the Company's Annual Turnover percentage rates. Company does not give employees increases. Managers and degreed personnel are usually the ones who get large bonus.

Thank you for sharing your observations. AFS has worked very hard to provide an outstanding benefits package to our employees. We are very proud that this hard work has allowed us to not have any increases in our employee premiums for health insurance in three years. AFS takes pride in promoting from within and building up our current workforce. Some of these roles are managerial and do require additional training. We always strive to set our employees and managers up for success. We are working to build a solid structure in our policies and procedures which provides a more fair practice throughout the company.
